For dancers 18+ | Intermediate to Advanced Level The Embody Elite Company is a performance-focused training program for adult dancers who are ready to push themselves creatively and technically. From September through June, members meet weekly for rehearsals, training, and mentorship, building toward live performances and concept video projects. This company is about more than just steps, it's about growth, artistry, confidence, and community. Program Details • Season: January - June • Rehearsals: Weekly on Sundays 10-11:30AM (1.5 hours) • Styles: Jazz Funk, Hip Hop, Heels & More • Level: Intermediate to Advanced • Ages: 18+ Our final showcase will be May 9, 2026 at Trinity Hall Dress Rehearsal May 8, 2026 Costume fees may be extra.
